Learning outcomes

Modules

1 · Signal inventory

Map leading indicators already sitting in CRM, finance, and support tools. Retire vanity metrics that never moved a decision.

2 · Pipeline hygiene

Stage definitions, age limits, and exception notes that stop late-quarter surprises from hiding in “commit”.

3 · Conversion math under pressure

Scenario tables for win-rate drift, seasonality, and GB holiday compression — with clear confidence notes.

4 · Range publishing

Build low / base / stretch bands, attach owners, and define the revision rule before the month turns noisy.

5 · Narrative studio

Draft the story operations and the board will share, including the limitations you refuse to hide.

6 · Live critique week

Present your pack to facilitators and peers. Revise once. Ship a version your team can keep running.

Reviews from this course

“Module four forced us to name who owns the stretch band. That alone cleaned our Monday call.”

James T., finance partner, Leeds

“Useful, though the live critique week is intense if your CRM hygiene is still messy. Do the prep.”

FAQ

Who is this for?

Revenue operations, FP&A, and commercial leads who already produce a forecast and want a sturdier weekly method.

Do you teach a specific tool?

No. Exercises work in spreadsheets or your existing BI stack. We care about definitions and decision rules, not vendor lock-in.

What is a real limitation of this lab?

We do not rebuild your data warehouse. If source systems disagree on bookings, the lab will surface the conflict but will not migrate pipelines for you.

Is there a certificate?

Yes — a completion note listing modules finished. Employers sometimes ask for your signal pack as the stronger artefact.
