Refund policy | Vector Service Core

Scope

This policy covers paid educational programmes offered by Vector Service Core. Fees shown on this website are informational; actual charges occur through invoices or agreed payment channels outside this site.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the published programme start date and you have not accessed gated cohort materials. Partial refunds may be offered if you withdraw within the first seven days of a live programme and have completed no more than one scored exercise.

Timeframe to request

Send refund requests within 30 days of the payment date or before the eligibility windows above expire — whichever is earlier for your situation. Late requests are reviewed case by case but are not guaranteed.

Conditions for full or partial refund

Full — timely cancellation before start, no material access beyond public pages.
Partial — early withdrawal as described, minus a £120 administration fee and any third-party seat costs already incurred.

Non-refundable items

Completed private advisory hours, custom workshop design fees, and downloadable toolkits marked as final sale are non-refundable once delivered. Bank transfer fees charged by your institution are not reimbursed.

Refund process

Email hello@vector-servicecore.world with your full name, programme name, payment reference, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two UK business days and outline next steps.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 14 UK business days of approval.

Refund method

Refunds return to the original payment method where possible. If that method is unavailable, we arrange a GBP bank transfer to an account you nominate in writing.

Cancellation by Vector Service Core

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later intake or receive a full refund of programme fees paid. We are not responsible for travel booked independently for optional in-person sessions.

Exceptions

Statutory rights under United Kingdom consumer law remain unaffected where they apply. Serious illness or bereavement may qualify for goodwill transfers; supporting detail helps us decide quickly.
